Shipping & Delivery Policy

We adhere to the strict shipping & delivery policies. We continuously strive to ensure product delivery to our customers within the mentioned time frame. We understand you and your minute requirements related to the product, every product is designed according to the customer’s choice as per their specifications because customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. The below mentioned timeline will be followed for your orders:

We could deliver the above products a day earlier. But we utilize that day to ensure that the product is approved by the Highest Quality Check process and then delivered accross.

Shipping Charges & Mode

At MakeMySpecs we stick to the topmost quality whether it comes to raw material for the eyeglasses or the courier or transport services. Our products will be shipped through Air Cargo for customers who are not covered in the base area. The Base Area covers the area within 200 kms and around our manufacturing plant.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Your order can include only two quantities per user to purchase under the ongoing sale or discount period.

MakeMySpecs offers the benefit of sale / discount pricings to customers only, hence, no trader will receive the sale/discount pricings on their respective orders.

MakeMySpecs has the right to cancel the order in case we find out that the product is not bought by a consumer at the end.

If you are willing to return a product bought under sale; then shipping charges will be not be refunded.
